William Bramley is a cold-eyed realist who took a degree in sociology before studying law at Stanford. He started researching his book out of curiosity about the root causes of war. The Purpose of This Web Site
I built this Web site to describe energy attacks I have had from invisible beings who I believe are involved in a well-orchestrated Earth takeover -- and to provide details about a Prayer System that can help.

The writing work that I do is for alternative medical doctors [I write their books]. Last year, the health research that I've done for more than 30 years was so alarming, I prayed to God and asked Him how I could serve Him. I did this because I felt that only God could solve the planets very severe problems [increased deaths from cancer, pollution, economic hardship, constant war, malnutrition, ... the list is very long].

Discovery of An Ancient Prayer System
A few days after I said the Prayer I've described, I discovered an ancient Prayer System that can be said by a group of people -- to ask God to help a single individual, the planet -- or, beings who live beyond the planet. The Prayers are recited at Sun Events [during the 15 minutes of Sun Rise and Sun Down] and there are guidelines for composing Prayers that make the Prayers powerful.

I developed a plan to compose an e-book called God's e-book that describes the Prayer System -- and I was immediately attacked by invisible beings in my apartment in Madison, Wisconsin [I moved to Wisconsin from New York City in 2003]. The energy attacks were very severe and I've been attacked day and night since December, 2009. In June, I learned enough about the Prayers to begin reciting them at Sun Events. Although the attacks escalated when I started to Pray [at Sun Events], I began to feel intervals of relief -- which I know are the result of the Prayers.

Learning to Dowse
For the first several weeks that I was attacked, my intuition told me that the attackers might be aliens -- but I did not have any real way of confirming what was happening to me [many authors of psychic self defense books feel that invisible attackers are often aliens].

Three months before the attacks started, a group of farmers in Wisconsin had taught me how to dowse with a pendulum. Dowsing is a practice of locating something by using sensory means other than the five senses of sight, sound, taste, touch and smell. A dowser's tools include a Y-shaped twig, an L-Rod or a pendulum.

Even though dowsing is not well known by the American public, there is an American and British Dowsing Association. Dowsing is also familiar to German M.D.s who practice alternative medicine. In the 1970s, dowsers in Austria found pathogenic zones of Earth energy that correlate with unexplained medical problems. The connection between the unhealthy zones of Earth energy and illness was described by Dr. Dieter Achoff, M.D. in a paper titled, "Observations from a Geobiological Practice" [1975]. Dr. Dieter Achoff reported that he had achieved astounding results in his medical practice by relocating his patients' beds. He wrote:

No longer does a physician need great courage to discuss these facts with his patients, since the phenomenon now enjoys general knowledge, due to all the experiments which have been conducted over the years. The physician who is cognizant of the existence of zones of disturbance can turn the wheel of destiny to his patients' advantage.

Today, most alternative medical doctors in Germany have learned to investigate what is called "geopathic energy" around a patienr's home -- if they have medical problems that are difficult to diagnose.

Are You God?
Around the time that I prayed to God and asked how I could serve Him, pendulum responses to yes/no questions were so accurate, I asked, "Are You God?" and the answer that was returned was "Yes."

I was skeptical at first and decided to test the being who answered "Yes" with personal questions about experiences in my childhood and adult life that only God would know. I phrased questions in the form of a Yes/No question and asked the price of obscure items I had purchased, the names of friends in my childhood, and the color of items I owned when I was very young. I also asked trick questions to try to trip Him [and couldn't]. The being answered every question correctly.

As the attacks began, I had many questions to ask using a pendulum and continued to ask questions throughout my year of attacks. The responses I have received have proven to me that it is God who is communicating through a pendulum [I have asked if anyone can communicate with Him this way and the answer is "Yes"]. Aliens block communication and pretend to be God but I had learned to filter responses with questions that only God can answer.

• Filter Responses
  To filter "interference" that effects the outcome of yes/no questions, I have learned to ask several screening questions before I begin. I ask:
  • Are You God?
  • Do You Support the One?
  • Are You loyal to the One?
  • Do You honor the One?
  • Are You true to the One?

  I have learned that imposters cannot maintain a series of "yeses" to these questions. The Law of One, an ancient principle that's mentioned in the notes at the bottom of Prayer page 2, is similar to the Golden Rule.

Daily Attacks and Many, Many Questions
Because I was attacked every day and because I have read many UFO books, I asked many, many questions with my pendulum over the summer and fall -- trying to piece together what was happening.

There are several alien races involved in an attempted Earth takeover and beings from Sirius [the Sirians] are intruders who are leading the other races. They keep a very low profile but they are the MOST advanced race and they are Earth's largest threat.
