Alex is one of several human respresentatives of the Galactic Federation. As a result, he promotes the arrival. The race who contacted Alex are the Andromedans [who are part of the GF]. He also appears in a 2010 video described on this page.

Alex says that the aliens he encountered are human and that human life originated on the constellation of Lyra. This is "spin" that did not become clear to me until I watched Sheldan Nidle's "How Galactic Humns Say Hello" video.

The title of Sheldan's video is confusing due to the word "human." It was not until I watched Alex Collier's 1994 video that I realized that Reptilian races and their Sirian parents are promoting the idea that everyone in the galaxy is human.

It was my intention to write a note about a very large list of blue-skinned deities and their connections to the Sirians [similar but different than the blue-skinned deities that I described in a note titled, "Blue Sirians Who Pose as God" 3/14/10].

Galactic Federation
I chose another topic because the background information about an organization controlling the blue-skinned deities grew very large.

This note includes information about the Galactic Federation [GF] that needs to be covered separately with a great amount of detail.

Galactic Federation Human Representatives
It's not easy to report on the GF because they have existed on Earth for a long time. However, their human representatives [whose photos appear in this note] have recently generated a large amount of very startling information on the Internet -- that helps prove that the GF exists. My note about blue-skinned deities will be posted at a later date.

GF's Ashtar Command
The Galactic Federation is very large with many Earth representatives. On 3/14/10, I described two related Earth organizations called the I AM University and the Ashtar Command in a note titled, "Connections Revealed By a Bot Problem [Several new pieces to the Sirian invader mystery]." The Ashtar Command and I Am University both have sophisticated Web sites. The Ashtar Command site boasts that they have 30,000 unique visitors per month. I included an image of the Ashtar Command logo in the 3/14 note that includes a DNA helix [above right].

This note will review the connection between these three organizations.

Galactic Federation Logo
Although the GF logo resembles the Star of David, it is unrelated. The Jewish Star of David refers directly to God, who shielded the Biblical David in battle.

The Galactic Federation logo is comprised of equilateral triangles that are important to the Sirians who run the Galactic Federation.

Galactic Federation Equilateral Triangles
The Internet Encyclopedia of Science explains that the first three magnitude stars [those that are the brightest] form an equilateral triangle: (1) Sirius, (2) Procyon and (3) Betelgeuse. Sirius and Procyon are also part of a larger hexagram that also includes (3) Rigel, (4) Aldebaran, (5) Capella, as well as (6) Pollux and (6) Castor.

Note: The Sirians have added "of Light" to the end of the name Galactic Federation in recent years -- to add to what is already a huge amount of deception [they pretend to be benevolent]. I prefer to drop the "of Light" and refer to their organization as simply Galactic Federation or GF.

Sirian Deception Explained
For the past twenty years, human authors who are representatives of Reptilian races [and probably Galactic Federation members], have been telling New Age readers that humans have Reptilian parents. Note: The number of New Agers in the United States is very large. In 2002, I read an article that said there were 20 million New Agers in the United States and 60 million Christian fundamentalists.

For years, I've suspected that the New Age "spin" about humanity's Reptilian parents was created to justify alien presence on Earth. Recently, the human representatives of the Reptilian races have added a new dimension to the spin. Sheldan Nidle, who is mentioned in this note, uses the expression "galactic humans" [referring to aliens who are trying to pass as human]. Instead of referring to humanity's alien parents, they now use the word "human" to refer to everyone in the galaxy!

New Age Authors Who Spin
In the 1990s, Reptilian authors Barbara Marciniak and Barbara Hand Clow told readers that Pleaidians were humans’ “parents.” In 2000, Drunvalo Melchizedek [right] introduced the Sirians as humans’ father and the Nephilim as humans' mother in his Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Volume 2. [Note: Drunvalo's most recent book is called Serpent of Light: 2012 and Beyond].

Anunnaki races have simplified the human origin story with a new story that says everyone is from the same place -- Lyra [Alex Collier for the Sirian Andromedan Council, Sheldan Nidle for the Reptilian Galactic Federation, Jelaila Star for the Reptilian Nibiruan Council and Lyssa Royal for the Pleiadians].

Lyssa Royal, who channels the Pleiadians, says that subspecies such as Sirians, Orions, Earth/Terrans, Pleiadians, Vegans, Zeta Reticuli, Centaurians, Altairians (and many lesser-known groups) are descendants of the Lyran races.

Note: The Sirians are not a "subspecies." They are a humanoid race who created the Reptilian races.

Humans Did Not Originate on Lyra
God created humanity's ancestors [Pre-cataceans] on a planet that blew up [Marduk] in a war between the Pre-cataceans and Sirian/Reptoid invaders. The fragments from the explosion formed Earth, Mars and the asteroid belt.

God also created the original Sirian race. They are a humanoid race but they have been interbreeding with Reptilians [their creation] for so long, their skin is blue.

Earth's principal invaders are Reptilian beginning with ENKI and his family who landed in Mesopotamia. ENKI and his family are hermaphroditic self-fertilizing reptiles who were incapable of parenting humans. Through anatomical alternations, the Reptilians were able to mate with humans but the offspring were still human (with reptilian genetics).

Notes:

1. West Africa’s Dogon tribe have a reputation as a race who remember [through their oral history] an association with aquatic reptile-like space beings who landed near their tribe in Egypt thousands of years ago [the Dogon later migrated to West Africa].

2. In 1947, French anthropologists Marcel Griaule [right] and Germaine Dieterlen spent a month interviewing the Dogon tribe’s oral historian [a Dogon named Ogotemmeli]. While most accounts of the Dogon focus on the tribes advanced knowledge of astronomy [the tribe preserved details about Sirius B that modern astronomers did not discover until 1862], one point that is missed is the Dogon’s description of the aliens as “self-fertilizing.”

3. Peter Farley, who wrote, Where Were You Before the Tree of Life: The True History of the Darkness and of the Light explains that the Orion/Rigelians transformed themselves from a self-fertilizing species into a species that can procreate:

   …the Anunnaki began the grafting or transplanting of animal sexual organs onto their bodies and taking human females to their temples for sexual intimacy.

4. Chapter 1 in Genesis refers to Orion/Rigelians as “Nephilim” and uses the word “cohabited:”

   The Nephilim were upon the Earth in those days, and thereafter too, when the sons of the Elohim cohabited with the daughters of the Adam and they bore children to them.

5. The Book of Enoch is excluded in most versions of the Old Testament but included in the Ethiopian and Slavic versions of the Old Testament. Passages describe a rebel group of angels, the ‘Nephilim’, who numbered 200, who settled the Earth and interbred with the human population before being recalled and punished by their superiors, the "Elohim."

6. In his book, Peter Farley says:

   Sumer (actually Shumer) was called—“land of the Guardians.” The term Nephilim (alias the Anunnaki) was also rendered as “Guardians” or sometimes as ‘Watchers.” In ancient Egypt, the term for “gods, divine” was Neteru, also translated as “Guardians.”

7. Mesopotamia [or Sumeria] has suddently become so popular, a board game designer named Klaus-Jurgen Wrede has created a game called "Mesopotamia: Cradle of Civilization." The product's description says:

   An exciting boardgame for 2 to 4 players. Several thousand years ago, clans of people began settling in Mesopotamia.

   Now you can lead one of these clans, exploring unknown areas, building huts to live in, and creating cult centers to collect the valuable and desired Mana. At the same time, all the players must work together to build a magnificent temple for the god Marduk.

   Note: Marduk is ENKI's son.

   Each clan brings their offerings to this mighty temple, hoping to earn the blessings and protection of the deity. The highest rewards will come to the leader who brings all of his people’s offerings to the temple first. Can you lead your people to their rightful place in the eyes of the god Baal? [above]

   Note: According to an ENKI Web site called, "Aquarian Community Canon Presented By the Church of Elders," Baal is another name for ENLIL:

   Enlil is the original "Bel", which later evolved into "Baal", which means "Lord", or "Master".

   A Web called "Nostradamus and the New Prophecy Almanacs," created by Michael McClellan, says that the name Baal was shared by several of ENKI's relatives.

Plans for a Mass Landing
The Sirians, who previously have been very secretive, are now very open about their Earth-related activities. Several YouTube videos help paint a picture of their agenda for 2012-2013 [including a mass landing].

Contactees
The members of the UFO group [a Disclosure Project chapter] I helped form in New York City may be surprised to see Disclosure Project founder Steven Greer in a YouTube video of Galactic Federation contactees titled, "2012-2013 Galactic Federation of Light: A New Beginning."

Although the pictures of Steven Greer in the GF video were startling to me, I found evidence of his connection to the GF in 2002 [I found transcript of a speech that he gave on the Internet -- and I noticed that he said humans should "join the Galactic Federation"].

Sirians are Psychopaths
Even though I remember feeling jarred in 2002 when I read that Steven Greer said humanity should become part of the Galactic Federation, it took me years to understand the Sirians' intentions and the scope of their infiltration on Earth. I now realize that the Sirians are the most advanced and the most depraved race in this galaxy and that they have nothing but harmful plans for humans. There is no such thing as an "invitation to join the Galactic Federation."

The Sirians are manipulative psychopaths who have declared war on God. They have been secretly "managing" Earth and they're pretending that they have recently shown up to protect us from the Illunimati.

  I remember seeing an image of a similar triangle formed with the fingers in a book I read in 2001 called What is Lightbody?" There was no explanation that the triangle was meant to illustrate the position of stars near Sirius.

  Years later, I realize that there are many things about the book that I did not understand. For example, the Amazon Web site says that the content is from an Elohim who "walked in" to the body of Tachi-Ren in December, 1997. I now understand that this means body-possession and that the Elohim is a Sirian. Contactees Sheldan Nidle and Mike Quinsey channel Sirians Washta and SaLuSa. Galactic Federation Landing
Although the subject of a landing seems implausible to most people [most people don't believe aliens exist], the Galactic Federation human representatives are discussing a "landing."

For example, as I was gathering information for this note, I came across a YouTube video created by Sheldon Nidle [a GF representative]. Sheldan has made several videos about the Galactic Federation including an instructional video on how to say hello in several different alien languages.

A man named Dapo Alade has created a Ning network called "The Galactic Federation of Light - The Reunion" (Ning is a highly visual social networking platform that competes with Facebook and MySpace. Ning was co-founded by Marc Andreessen, the creator of Netscape).

Dapo's blue image that he is using as the background on his Ning page is shown at right. When the page loads, look for a scroll bar on the right side of the screen [the scroll bar is dark and hard to see]. Scroll down to see messages posted by Galactic Federation members.

My Status
I am still experiencing severe energy attacks every day. I believe:

• My attackers are bots and that there were once billions on the planet in Earth's 4th dimension.

• God is responding to requests in the Blow Back Prayer that asks Him to eliminate bots and stop production of all new bots.
