Gwyneth Paltrow, who appears on the Vogue cover, is an American actress who won an Academy Award for her 1998 performance in Shakespeare in Love. Tory Burch, who appears on the Town and Country cover, is an American fashion designer, business woman and philanthropist who was born, raised and educated in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

What Does Blue Mean?
I don't know the exact reason why the American elite are wearing blue. My guess is that due to the fact that the elite everywhere on the planet have high levels of Reptilian genetics, the Sirians may simply be running a computer program that compels a highly controlled person to buy Sirian blue clothes [or design Sirian blue clothes for a film].
